1. About these terms
ZPay (zpay.zeetsoft.com) is operated by Zeet Soft Private Limited (CIN U72900OR2019PTC031034, GSTIN 21AABCZ3710E1ZX), Plot No 330(B), Incubation No 227, 2nd Floor, OCAC Tower, Acharya Vihar Square, Bhubaneswar, Khordha, Odisha 751013, India. These payment terms add to the Zeet Soft Terms of Service.
2. How payments are processed
Customers in India pay through Razorpay in INR. Customers in all other countries pay through PayPal in the invoice currency. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's or PayPal's own page; Zeet Soft never sees or stores them.
3. Before you pay
Check the invoice details, amount and currency shown on the checkout page before you pay.
4. Payment confirmation
Your account is normally updated as soon as the payment partner confirms the payment; this can take up to 2 hours. If money is debited but your account is not updated, write to [email protected] with the transaction ID.
5. Payments to institutes and service providers
Some invoices are raised by an institute or service provider that uses Zeet Soft software. That payment goes to the institute or provider, which is responsible for its service and refunds.
6. Security
To prevent fraud, we record the IP address and device details of payment attempts, and repeated failed attempts may temporarily block payments from an account. Write to us to unblock it.
